What USD 1,499 / 2,500 covers

Applies to Delegate — Early Bird (USD 1,499, until 31 July 2026) and Delegate — Standard (USD 2,500, from 1 August 2026). Same inclusions for both tiers.

    3 nights (23–26 October) at the official conference hotel on a twin-share basis. Single-occupancy supplement available on request.

    Breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea & coffee breaks across all 3 conference days.

  • Full scientific programme

    Day 1 Hair Restoration and Day 2 Aesthetic Dermatology sessions with all international faculty.

  • Live surgery viewing

    Live FUE hair-transplant demonstration on Day 3 (viewing access included for all delegates).

  • Hands-on access

    Entry to the Day 2 PODs floor and observation of hands-on stations (active hands-on slots may require à-la-carte add-on).

  • Gala Dinner

    Faculty gala dinner on the evening of 24 October.

  • Delegate kit

    Conference bag, programme booklet, name badge, notepad and partner materials.

  • CME certificate

    Official ISHA certificate of attendance with CME credits.

  • Airport welcome

    Shared transfer between Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (NBO) and the official hotel on scheduled arrival/departure windows.

  • International & domestic flights

    Airfare to and from Nairobi is not included.

  • Kenya eVisa & travel insurance

    Delegates arrange their own eVisa (approx USD 50) and mandatory travel/medical insurance.

  • Day 2 à-la-carte PODs

    Active hands-on POD slots (Botox, Fillers, Threads, APTOS/Sculptra, Exosomes, Peels, Lasers/HIFU) are individually priced at INR 10,000–15,000 + GST.

  • Extra hotel nights

    Nights outside the 23–26 October window, room upgrades and single-occupancy supplements.

  • Companion / accompanying persons

    Spouse or guest access to sessions, meals or the gala dinner requires a separate companion pass.

  • Personal expenses

    Minibar, laundry, room service, spa, tips and any incidentals at the hotel.

  • Off-programme tours & safaris

    Optional pre/post-conference safaris and city tours are bookable separately via our travel desk.

  • Ground transport outside official transfers

    Taxis, ride-hailing and private transfers outside the scheduled airport shuttle.

  • Taxes & bank charges on non-USD payments

    Any FX conversion fees, card surcharges or local taxes levied by the delegate's bank.

24–26 October 2026 in Nairobi. Days 1 & 2 are scientific programme; Day 3 is the FUE Masterclass & Hands-On Workshop.

Registered doctors — physicians, dermatologists and plastic surgeons.
